Introduction of T.K. Peng:
Dr. Peng is theformer Dean of School of Management ofI-Shou University., a privateuniversity in Taiwan. Dr.Peng obtained his PH.D inManagement Science atTexas TechnologyUniversity. Dr. Peng’s academic researchesfocus on Leadership and Influence, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Cross-cultural analysis. Dr. Peng has served as the editorial board member of Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior and the editor-in-chief of Pan-Pacific management Review since 2002.
I-Shou University, Taiwan is a comprehensive private university foundedinKaohsiungin 1986. It currently has a general education center and nine colleges,including Motor Information, Science and Engineering, Management, Communication and Design, International, Sightseeing, Language, Medicine, and Aboriginal people. In 2016, the School of Management, International College and Tourism College were all accredited by the AACSB atthe same time.Dr. Peng was responsible for the whole accreditation process and he is very experienced in accreditation.
